Physician Advisor Consultations

Premier provides clients with Physician Advisor Services where our trained physicians assist companies who do not have medical physician’s on staff to address specific questions about preauthorization, medical treatment plans, disability durations, ability to return to work, pre-existing medical conditions, and causality of the condition.  Our physicians are made available for phone consultations with nurse case managers and adjusters to provide guidance, insights and practical strategies for questions which may not require a full peer-review report.  We find this provides extensive cost savings to many of our smaller companies.  Most medical specialties are available for this service.
